Abstract

This paper argues that the creation of value, the construction of meaning and shared sensemaking
in organizations are interconnected and potentially mutually enriching in both praxis and theory. In
the following, we map the potential crossroads and interconnections of value, meaning and sense
making, and the sweetspot-overlap in which they become mutually enriching.
