Abstract
How can we effectively change today’s business as usual?
The conference paper explores a practice-based model on how business schools can produce creative graduates and executives who understand and handle the interplay between business and sustainability. The first part of this conference paper focuses on the substantial contemporary environmental challenges, while the latter part discusses the need for updated undergraduate and graduate programs in business schools and for leadership education. An essential part of our future discussion will involve examining educational traditions in American and European business schools.
