Students from the Design Department at Bringham Young University participated in a study abroad program in Copenhagen, Denmark, where they collaborated with faculty and students from Aalborg University's service design master's programme. The workshop was facilitated by Maria Vitaller de Olmo, a Ph.D. fellow at Aalborg University's Service Design Lab. The students observed users in Aalborg University's cafeteria and created new services to improve the cafeteria experience, focusing on inclusivity.
